If you love dutch tulips and other flowers, this is the show for you as the theme this year is " Holland, Flowering the World" Expect to see visions of canals, windmills and other Dutch treats woven into the always beautiful displays. Few people realize that dutch tulips were the must have garden plant in the 17th century and there was actually a version of a "Tulip Bubble " at one point with the fanciest bulbs going for extravagant prices. The Flower show supports the activities of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and is also the the oldest show of its kind in the world. No mater what your horticultural interests, you will find something to enjoy.
