Zillow and TRULIA - I like the sights for the pictures and ideas of what is on the market - but the properties are not the latest and greatest- they could have already been bought and sold - Public sights are like that - also those Zillow zestimates - when I examine their numbers they can be just way off - I know its just a program doing the numbers but it should be updated- dont they have a Zestimate 2.0 patch?
Craigs List - great to view a few fantasies - I do not recommend you move on a property without grabing your Real Estate Agent - soooo much can go wrong
