A Great Guide To Philly Neighborhoods

A Great Guide To Philly Neighborhoods

These days it seems like lots of people want to live in Philadelphia. We've gotten more accolades in the past year than probably in the whole last century. Philly is now a food destination, a shopping haven, one of the best cities to visit in the world. We're walkable, affordable, historical, cultural. We've got miles and miles of parkland in Fairmount Park alone, we have hiking trails, biking trails, kayaking on two rivers, sailing on the Delaware. Add to the mix world class museums, the best orchestra in the country - okay I am prejudiced. Lots of concerts, theater and just plain old places to hang out. Pop-up gardens add color and spice to summer - Penn's Landing has finally become a great, fun place. Passyunk Avenue is blooming.

So, where would you want to live if you moved here? Philadelphia is still a city of neighborhoods. And there a more to choose from now than ever. The central area of Philadelphia was once between the two rivers, from Market St to South St. Now areas like Queen Village, Old City, Northern Liberties, Graduate, Point Breeze, Fishtown, Newbold, Passyunk, Fairmount, Francisville, The Loft District have up-and-come, or are still up-and-coming. What's right for you?

I'd be writing for hours going through all of these areas. So here's the link to the best information you'll find about these terrific options.

And, when you want more information - call me! I've been here my whole life.
