Happy Thursday, as you may have heard, the December market here in Philly is moving more than any of us anticipated. Don't worry, we are still on top of all the best listings coming up everyday. Today I was popping through the 276 properties that have come on the market in Philadelphia over the last 24hrs, still some amazing properties out there for those that might not have been able to snatch up their ideal home in the Spring-Fall markets. Less competition to buy in the winter and as you can see, still tons of market action to choose from.
Anyway, here is my three favorite properties in Manayunk/Roxborough that came up today. Check them out!

This is my total favorite from today. Lovely stone work, huge front porch with partially covered patio/yard and roof deck. Don't miss the fireplace/wood stove! Awesome diamond in the rough, and a great deal. Everyone assumes Manayunk is expensive, but these properties let you know it's a great market lately.
