No Libbs Love Affair

Today I was reminded why I got into real estate. I saw a property come onto the market last evening and it was amazing; a repurposed factory building in the heart of Northern Liberties with outdoor space and garage parking. It was one of those homes you step into and think, “I don’t know who lives here, but whomever they are, I want to be their friend!” It was eclectically decorated and every corner had something interesting from both a design and structural aspect. Truly, this is a property I would love to live in.

I fall in love with real estate, and this was one of those spaces. But since it is unrealistic that I could buy and sell everything I fall in love with for myself, the second best I can do is to sell what I find to my valued clients. So that’s what I have set out to do today: I will get someone I care about into this property. Because if I can’t live in it myself, at least I can come over and binge watch Netflix.
